Target description

By the end of 2025, the Gender-Based Violence Information Management System had been successfully rolled out in over half of the country. This marks a major step forward in strengthening data collection and reporting on GBV Cases nationwide.

Target Baseline

" The GBVIMS+ was launched in 2023 to support real-time monitoring of GBV; towards improving services to victims. Bo, Kailahun, and the Western Area became the first 4 Districts to be served by the system."

Comment on Target

It is acknowledged that the GBVIMS+ has strengthened centralised data collection, into which Government agencies, NGOs, INGOs, and other actors feed to monitor GBV that support improvement of services to victims. However, the system needs to be rolled out in all districts
