Target Baseline

" 0.4% of the total cost of goods and services expenditure by GoSL was estimated to have been allocated to the Social Welfare sector as a whole for the fiscal year."

Comment on Target

The Ministry of Social Welfare remained one of the sectors most under-funded through GoSL’s annual budget, leaving services to vulnerable groups heavily dependent on donor support.
