Target description

Master plan developed for delivery of public transportation. Public transport infrastructure improved in Freetown as reflected in Waka Fine buses. A jetty constructed in Yagoi Bonthe district. However, no rail transport exits although regulatory and development offices has been established and staffed.

Target Baseline

" There was no public transportation via rail. Public water transportation was limited to a couple of privately operated water taxis, and 2 ramp ferries; all of which plied the Freetown-Lungi route"
